Return & Exchange Window
You can return or exchange your jacket within 30 days of receiving it.
- The jacket must be in original condition – unused, unwashed, and without any damage.
- All original tags and packaging should be included.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non‑refundable.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear in your account.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return is completed.
Exchanges
- You can exchange your jacket for another size or style.
- If the new jacket costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Custom Orders
Custom‑made jackets are made specially for you, based on your chosen style, measurements, and details.
- Custom orders are non‑refundable and cannot be returned.
- If there’s a fitting issue, we’ll happily offer one free alteration to make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care when making and packing your order. But if your jacket arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item:
- Please contact us within 2 working days of delivery.
- We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
